Re: "He all but endorsed George Bush on the air today ..." I must not have heard that part of the show. I've heard him rip Republican plans before, so I've always thought he was an independent. Perhaps he just thinks that Bush is the best man, regardless of his political party. Re: "Idiot endorses Dummy. Between them, their combined IQ might break 100." "He all but endorsed George Bush on the air today saying--in the context of a discussion of the Presidential race--that he greatly admired a "man who lives on a ranch outside of Austin."" My recollection is that Bob said that the man who lives on a ranch on the outside of Austin had the right idea on reducing / eliminating capital gains taxes. I distinctly remember Bob saying he has not yet decided who he is going to vote for. I think Bush is more friendly toward investors for several reasons: 1) more honest and ethical 2) favors tax reductions for all instead of more government spending and small tax cuts for only the right people, which he will decide 3) favors eliminating the death tax while Gore favors reducing it only for the right people, which he will decide 4) favors eliminating the marriage penalty Does anyone on here have any ideas of how a Gore presidency would help us as investors?
