I would think you would have a higher point of exit. OTOH, I would be very worried if Rambus fails to eclipse old highs on subsequent court wins. Kind of like has already happened. I I were you I'd rank the courst cases by importance and date of course. Then I'd learn a little TA.
I've you don't know TA, I'd draw some lines across the tops and see what's happening. If the stock chart starts to look like "humps", aka tombstones...get out on the next hump or that one.

Let's say there are 4 court cases and or signings. Let's say Rambus wins them all. I wouldn't wait for the last one before I sold if you get my drift because if you do all the good news will be in and the stock will start getting squirrely... Get out on the anticipation.
Of course, should Rambus lose a court case you're SOL...kind of like playing Russian Roulette.
