I can't get to sun.com either. Got Webtone?

In general I think you are mistaken about the quality of Sun's services. They have traditionally been weak and only this year have been on a program to rebuild their image. They are not in the same league as either IBM Global services or CPQ services.

CPQ has more than three times as many people in their services organization as the TOTAL number of SUNW employees. IBM Global services is 5 times as big as CPQ services. Sun is a bit player in the services game.
