JC, They would, probably, have to appoint a commission to study the viability of dealing with this animal, with consideration of the howls of protest from the animal rights groups, with a sub-committee to consider the impact on the environment if the skunk is dispensed with. By the time they come up with a decision, the skunk will have died from old age, thereby removing the need for any governmental action, other than the millions of tax payer dollars spent on the commission's activities.
