I don't think that delaying a FAB's opening from a few weeks before the Holidays to a few weeks after them is a big deal - most FABs seem to take longer to build than expected.

Could be...but this is Colorado...most of the skilled labor shortages have been confined to areas of the country that many consider less desirable and/or higer cost areas. Colorado Springs is neither....besides its very near the Denver metro area which would have a large pool of skilled labor.

Nonetheless, I hope you are right...do not want this to be another piece of anecdotal evidence suggesting that the economic slowdown is gaining strength.
