Why does CPQ have 20:1 more service people for essentially the same order of magnitude of revenue? That's a large cost to the company. Am I misreading your post? (edit: Of course, this great CPQ service is great for CPQ customers and Intel/INTC shareholders, just wonder if this large 20:1 employee expense that CPQ has is good for CPQ shareholders).

With all the hype, I rather doubt the reports will mention this.
