Don't you just think It's a Small World is a propaganda piece for Secular Humanists. Think about it - manipulation of our feelings with little animated children to inspire a sense of world community. How do suppose Comrade Walt ever escaped the scrutiny of the Birchers? I wonder. Oh, speaking of Manchurian Animists. My wife and I went to China in 1989. It was still very Commie and provincial. They treated us like celebrities. It was really very surreal, actually. We had front row seats for a personal "audience" with THE Chinese Acrobat troupe. I don't know how else to describe it. These were the primiere group that had just toured the U.S. This was just a normal cruise package, but was one of the earlier ones. Before that there was this little pseudo-festival with brightly dressed, well-scrubbed children and little ribbon dancers. Then they marched us into this very staged "meeting with a family". I think that I saw one of 'em reading a script. Just kidding, but it felt that way.
