Really? At this point the persons genetic identity is established. The color of hair, eyes, general body structure, sex, general intelligence and possibly many behavorial characteristics. Yet you say this is not a human life. Just what does it take?

If the color of one's hair or eyes determine one's humanity then you are right. But I think there is more to being human than one's genetics....and I am not clear when that level of humanity....call it sentience for lack of a better term......comes into being.
