Hey, I want to hear your call to Brinker. What station & time is it? I'll know its you by the tone in your voice. >switch on a touch of sarcasm< Or will there be too many irate listeners calling at once? Perhaps he will focus all questions on the campaign. . . seeing as that has such a 'big' effect on the markets. >sarcasm off< But I can only listen in if it doesn't conflict with Click & Clack. Now there is a radio show where everyone drives away happy. As for calling the bottom of this 2 month long market dump. I tried it and it bit me in the backsides. Brinker tried it and it bit him as well. Even my favorite, Ralph Bloch, was early on his calls for the turn of the Nasdaq. As was A. Joseph Cohen. Ralph Accompora was a 'no show'. I suspect many of the MORE IMPORTANT market analysts were early as well. . . .aka/ the Individual Investors who appear on these message boards every single day. . .WITHOUT an agenda!! I don't have to tell you which analysts I respect more. And it would not surprise me in the least, that if someone were to select 10 leading individual investor / analysts with good track records for calling the markets. . . and 10 of the Top Paid Market Analysts [with 7+ digit salaries]. . . and went back over the past few years and did direct comparisons of their calls. . . . that the Individual Investors would BEAT the analysts by a wide margin. Some of you authors out there [with plenty of time to do extensive research]. . . . there is a best-seller idea for you. . . . just let me know of your interest, and I will handle the publishing. >g< I believe the results will be astounding. What an eye-opener for the masses! And a black eye for the Street! The corruption of Wall Street is beyond your wildest dreams. But the collective will of the individual, coupled with the law of the land can work wonders in turning the tables. I am simply not satisfied with the status quo. Rande Is
