HOPE>>>MOPE>>>DOPE At the old office, the group I used to work with had three jars on a table. One was labelled HOPE, one MOPE and one DOPE. Whenever someone made a losing trade and they started to go into "hope mode", they had to put $5.00 into the HOPE jar. If they did not take their loss and started to moan, then $10.00 would go into the MOPE jar. And in the end, when they had to take a much bigger loss than necessary, $20.00 would have to go into the DOPE jar. The DOPE jar bought a lot of drinks every Friday! And this from professional stock traders, most of whom were immensely successful floor traders! Teresa
