I had no "mission" other than to point out a ton of inaccuracies and hyperbole. The only reason I ever even cared about WSTL in the first place was the constant stream of WSTL posters who invaded the quiet EFNT Yahoo thread dropping hyberbole of how WSTL was killing EFNT, stealing accounts, better quality, better management, engineers are leaving EFNT, SBC was now WSTL's, the world was theirs. So I started doing research and I found a lot of red flags.. left and right. So now i know a hell of a lot about a company i could give a rat's ass about. <<<If you are going to come to a thread of a competing "pick" than yours, grow some thicker skin. Go watch AG or another good short, they will show you how to instill fear with your attack and not sound so whiny about it. It really destroys the effect. Well I know you are too busy, but if you read about the past 2 months worth of Yahoo WSTL posts you will see daily attacks on me, so to keep going there, to keep posting and to have my facts consisntently in the face of propoganda and all the time be attacked for these 'facts' takes a thick skin. Amazingly all those who basically could only address me with a stream of 4 letter words have dissapeared. <<<<<Research is continuous, products are continues. >> You talk like an expert on R&D. Are you really? You don't even know to whom you are lecturing. No, Im not and Ive stated that... but based on our record of picking businesses that can actually execute you sure dont sound like an expert in evaluating companies. <<<If customers don't buy DSL, EFNT is toast too. You are right, your post and research is very deep. it is comments like this above, that make SI the place it is. Jeez, thanks. When WSTL looks good on the business front all I hear is "DSL is killing cable, cable has privacy issues, cable is bad for 2 way communication, this study, that study and the other say DSL will overtake cable in early 2001", and now that WSTL has laid a bomb, I get "watch out for cable! DSL is the next IDSN!!!" (I assume the inference here is if the mighty WSTL can't conquer this sector, NO ONE CAN - no one will adopt DSL now that WSTL is drowning) Classic. Classic. I know its hard to take that some companies will succeed in this space.. and you picked the wrong one. At least you have learned.. fool you once, your fault, fool you twice you sell WSTL. Good for you.
