Simba - On the subject of SOX, Can someone explain the relative strength of MXIM ? It seems to have held on through the shake up of the SOX. Undoubtedly business conditions. MXIM is most like LLTC which reported strong results and a strong outlook. While PC makers and some cell phone handset makers have seen their markets weakening, top networkers like CSCO and PDA makers are still strong, although the number of quarters which that remains so is likely to easily be accommodated on the fingers of one hand. The SOX itself is made up of companies which are more unlike than similar. Regards, Don
