J.N.N. I see no confilict between my position and the fact that 3 Intel executives are on the BOD.

My position, BTW, is simply that EDIG is over-valued - and significantly so. I believe that the stock should be selling for less than $1 per share.

A company does not have to be a fraud for it's stock to be over-valued.

A company does not have to be a failure for it's stock to be over-valued.

Indeed, a company can be a roaring success, and yet have it's stock plummet as shareholders realize how over-valued it is.

The problem with EDIG stock is that the price discounts the rosiest possible scenario. There is no possible news that they could come out with that would present a compelling case for a higher stock price.

The Intel execs may well feel that EDIG has some fine technology and that the company can become a success. And they may well be right.

And, if not, there's those 4 yearly expenses-paid vacations in San Diego, and the chance to smoke a couple of Cuban cigars and get together and harummmph with the old boys...

Still doesn't make the stock worth what it trades for today.

Perhaps one day - EKN and JT may be able to explain in a "Rational and Logical" way why there are 3 Ex-Intel EXECUTIVES on the B.O.D. of this "P&D" OTC-BB Stock.

Maybe that could be part of a panel discussion around the time of the shareholders meeting. Hopefully, Mr. Morton will be joining these two on the panel. I vote for JimC as the moderator.
