Most likely scenario is that your reputation acquired from this thread preceded you.They too have no use for TMs.

I would not expect CSCO to respond to requests for clarification on a peice like the Parrish article. I'm not surprised that your requests are being ignored. It's like responding to the question "when did you stop beating your wife"..
