While I believe Bush is correct, I do agree he should have kept mum about Serbia until after the election. However, Bush concerns about military readiness and morale are not BS. Far from it. Time for you demolibs to acknowledge the Clinton/Gore gutting of our military. It makes no sense to reduce our force structure by one third while greatly increasing our international deployments. The negative effect on readiness and morale is undeniable. JLA

Certainly not Dubya. If I recall the Republicans in Congress have been supporters of Clinton's military use. Quite the opposite of when George senior was President. The Democrats were anything but supportive. They only caved in when 95% of the country supported the war effort.
Clinton has had 8 years and has not attempted to take out Saddam. Makes as much sense now as it did then, perhaps more.
