Navy ships have been turned into floating whore houses. More than half the women are coming back pregnant. Then why is Navy re-enlistment at very healthy levels?

It's down about 150 ships in the last 7 years. 8 years ago the USS Cole would have been refueled at sea instead of sitting in Yemen with a hole in her side. As for increases you have to see how they are spent. Look at the Department of Agriculture, 43% of the budget goes to food stamps instead of agriculture.
