What could help is the rumor that CSCO will be added to the DOW.

That's when I'll sell -- MSFT, INTC was not a good experience all things considered! :)

It could effect CSCO's stock price for a day or two. If Cisco is to be added to the dow, I would suspect that their financial practices will be gone over in excruciating detail. I doubt that the dow index people would add a stock that they felt was using accounting practices that were suspect, or if those accounting rules were changed, that they couldn't adapt.

Have you ever seen the Barron's TV commercial? Their tagline is something like "No other magazine moves markets like Barron's"......at least they don't pretend to be an unbiased newsreporting publication.
