... Bermuda does not tax aliens

Ah, no wonder you're so good at trading the futures, you have an unfair advantage! I need that time machine for us earthlings too ;-)

P.S. this begs the question -- if everyone knows what tomorrow's close will be, will it still be tomorrow's close?

But it's not a "this year, next year project" As the cost of buying votes to perpetuate their existence goes up, goverments around the world are blocking loophole with the charred remains of taxpayers estates at an ever increasing rate, and with ever increasing cooperation amongst themselves. There was an interesting little book on the subject a few years back (I know you're a book man)called "Take your money and Run".

Even now the only way you could legally move is to surrender your US citizenship, and probably pay tax on what you wanted to remove with you. All else is fraught with danger and high risk. For me in Canada it came down to whether I wanted to watch my grandchildren grow up or just hear about it.

Sorry for butting in but thought you might be interested that the window of opportunity has in effect passed by if you want to be legal.

Cheers
