If you have the streaming quote page open, there is a box on the upper left side of the page where you enter each symbol. Right next to that box is, 'Add Symbol to the List'. Once you've typed the symbol in the box, click on the Add Symbol button.

FWIW, I found that you can delete a symbol from the list by right clicking on the symbol in the streaming quote list & choose delete.
