<<2) Brinker was involved in the management of the UTEK 401k plan>> Very old news - I remember hearing a call on the show asking him about this and he said he had always been up front & had made this disclosure. <<1) recently owned or still owned approximately 500,000 shares of UTEK>> Since I don't believe he has to file as he's not a corporate officer I don't see how anybody would have this information. (also even if it were true that he owned 500K he wouldn't need to file 13D) <<selling during this time>> That's a pretty serious accusation
