We just don't know for sure. If Intel is using the lack of workers as an excuse, they are probably saving the market...at least for a while. Can you imagine if the came out and said we are suspending building a FAB because of weak demand?

That was the reason I was asking. The problem may be simply construction related, or it could be demand has slackened, meaning that Intel can slow the pace of construction and save $$$.

Tbull, Intel is not a dishonest company, but if you think they are, you really should sell all your INTC -- why would you hold stock in a company that you implied is dishonest?
