According to Bob Brinker -

No bottom until 2001.. He expects the Nazdaq to shed 70% of it's value.. Know how to tell when the bottom is in? When no one is left out there wondering if it's the bottom..

no, it's a bear trap... these stocks have a long way to go yet... most nasdaq issues are worth a few bucks at most.
