First of all, congratulations on not threatening to sue! I guess we have a difference of opinion. Bring somewhat familiar with the way Japanese businesses think, you may be quite surprised. I would not take the signing of short term agreements with Rambus by Japanese companies as some guarantee they are not cooking up something in the back room...they are often quite apeasing in the short term...
