In another community 60 out of 100 people might be child molesters and according to the manifesto "Ethis" are "situational" needing no "sanction" or ideological constraint and therefore is ok.

To take that farther, if 60% of the people in any given nation were child molesters, that country would probably have little or no restraint on molesting children. And in fact there are communities in Asia where child prostitution is accepted and faces no effective restraint. Is this "right"? I don't think so, but I'm not in a position to impose what I think on those communities.

It should be noted that the communities in which these conditions prevail were created by the willingness of American and European child molesters willing to pay what locals considered unimaginable sums to gratify their desires. In the absence of such a massive economic distortion, it is hard to imagine a community which would accept behaviour so detrimental to its long-term interests.
