O.T....Have to disagree on small polyps......I head the GI Radiology division of a major teaching hospital....Dr. Glick has worked very hard in Washington to get BE on the screening menu....can give you innumerable Radiology articles extolling the virtues of barium enema....no need to make our GI colleagues richer....Also,I get 2-3 cases a week where the endoscopist cannot get around to the cecum....small polyps less than 5mm are invariably hyperplastic and are not the concern of GI radiologists like Glick and I.
