This is not a personal attack, and I do enjoy the first few paragraphs of each of your posts, but stop wasting your time thinking that this man will call you back. Perhaps your advice would be more welcome at another company, but clearly it is not at Novell. There is something that most young women learn when they begin to date: if he doesn't call in two weeks, he's either not interested or simply not worth the time. No matter what the reason, give it up and go on. As always, JMHO.>> I appreciate your advice. Just know that I am very aware of the fact that 95% of the people who read my posts don't understand what the heck I'm trying to share. I really have nothing personally against Stewart Nelson. In fact I love the man so much that I want to share some of this "across the head with a 2 X 4" wit, wisdom and energy in a very direct way. For I believe what he's doing is setting an example which "doesn't work." Period. I want what's best for Novell, but more individuals need to feel empowered to speak their mind to chaps like Stewart. If we don't then they will just continue to do what they do, creating a lot more misunderstanding and disempowering a lot of folks in the process. Novell is on the ropes right now. They need a kick in the ass. They need more guts, vision, energy. We all can share this in positive ways with folks like Stewart. But he's proven he has no interest in who I am or what I say. And that's his loss, not mine. In one phone call with Stewart Nelson I could share the distillation of this feedback in a very direct, personal way. It's really a shame how these folks tend to close themselves off from the world. That's why this culture thing needs to be overcome. Peace. GO!!
