Daniel, What illegal FUD, Sly? Compared to all the mindless flackery from the longs here? Of course, by the logic of the alternative universe, it is honest and ethical to make up incredibly rosy scenarios for a stock you own, and to make legal threats against people who poke holes in those scenarios. Dick and visionthing can tell you how to get in touch with the Rambus lawyers, I'm sure they got time on their hands. Stating opinions is one thing. Stating FUD as facts is another. That's what Jim did with "Are you aware that Sony Playstation 3 will not use Rambus?".
