Well, that spin wouldn't make any sense because most all of those 'dot com' values are collapsed (since the last time he went off on that weird rant). (IMO) -JCJ

Corporations run on a 3 year upgrade cycle I think. After Wind98 upgrade in 98 may be they are going to do this big wave of upgrade in 2001 with W2K.
