Beside the insider purchases this spring between 13-20, management is forbidding any new purchases pending the resolution of strategic investment alternatives with CSFB.

As long as management remains "mouth-shut" until 11/14 - stock will continue its death spiral. I am confounded by the relentless silence from management - forget breach of court gag-orders on class action suits - the ongoing concern of the company is now at hand.
