Not contesting the fact that VA is better or worse off than the rest of America, and still does not support the pending doom view. Further, when one compares the US economy to ANY other world economy, I know there is no safer haven...technology ain't goin away, bank earnings have been terrific, Bush lead a big win for MSFT and others, shakeout in dotcoms nearly over, etc...not saying we've hit bottom, but for those folks who made a killing last yr, the bottom is still a ways away, especially for those who were smart enough to have taken some cash off the table long ago.
