Here - I'll simply further...

Cisco either
1. Purchases on the open market
2. Hold stock that has x cost basis
3. Prints shares.

Bambs,... you're suggesting that there is something wrong with CSCO's practices here and you continue to write about it here on SI so I assume you know the answer. Please share it.
