Coots, Thanks so much for your effort in ascertaining what the hell is inside that Nokia phone. I was going to suggest you just take it back to the store and tell 'em the damn thing just fell apart on your kitchen table before you told us that you had already alerted the salesperson at Verizon about what was going on. Would have liked to have video of that. Especially when you told them that this is exactly what happened with your last Nokia phone.
