Jim, OTOH, why do we just shut down the thread, SI and repeal the American way? I'm confused. People are coming down on you for making an intentionally misleading and damaging (to Rambus) statement, and you think that's a violation of the American Way? My understanding of the American Way is that we allow free speech, except where it might be damaging to physical or economic conditions. That's why you can't yell "Fire" in a crowded room, or post false rumors about a company that affect the stock price. It seems to me that this is a prime example of the American Way. Let me know where you disagree. Dave
