When JDSU was added to the S&P Furukawa sold a ton of shares and this may have lowered the % to 8.

Pat,

I had no luck in getting an updated number from investor relations. They say that the proxy for the upcoming annual meeting will be filed soon and we can check that to see if there are any changes.
