it certainly does point to a bear market...AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE ENDING DIAGONAL, thats what an ending diagonal is all about, a sever drop to occur AFTER the completion of an ED....and yes, it is possible that the ED terminated with a failure in September. As I said, I'll wait and see. If there is a 5th ABC of the diagonal, it will run to the alltime highs..and IT could fail. The termination of this diagonal will lead to a drop to 1130 minimum.
