The US Supreme Court has never ruled that there is no individual right to keep and bear arms, nor have they ruled conclusivly that there is. In any case we are talking about the 2nd amendment not the Supreme Court's interpretation of it. The courts intepretations have the same power as if they were what the constitution actually says, but they are not the same thing. The actual constitution does not change
when the majority of the supreme court shifts. It takes an amendment to do that.
