I won't contest we could drift lower, but the action today
was not people dumping it was shorts , and sooner or latter
they got to cover.
They are double screwd..they were short HON from the get
go, when UTX made her bid public they shorted UTX,
to try and get out of the HON shorts, then GE stepped
in and they got caught short UTX as it
bounced , the shorting of GE today was an act of
desperation..and most acts of desperation in the
market go badly. Jack Welsh is laughing his arse off.
Don't buy the story that he didn't know UTX was making
a bid...that's a joke.
