No need to call. I found out all that I need to know from reviewing the FASH filings. Essentially, SYTE intends to finance the deal with SYTE's cash. As of June 30, 2000, FASH had cash on hand totaling $37.719 MM. This works out to $5.03 per share. Additionally, the deal is completely dependent on the response of FASH's management; officers and directors control 52.1% of the stock. FASH, not SYTE, is the play here.
