Richard Brown says that 900 ex-EDSers are back at EDS-
During the webcast when EDS was discussing last quarter's results, Richard Brown stated that turnover is way down and more than 900 ex-EDSers are back at EDS. For those of you who may have left in earlier times when there was a different atmosphere, this may be a new time to relook at any opportunities presented. EDS reported e.p.s. up 16% with overall revenues a little better than flat and organic growth at 8%. A good story especially with the Navy and Marine Corp win recently but a lot of analysts are trying to figure out when all the new business is going to start showing up in the top line. It should start hitting early next year where EDS management has committed to match market growth at the mid teens level. 2000 should return an e.p.s of $2.01 which means if EDS deserves a PE of 30, the stock should be fairly priced at $60 on this year's results.
