I agree. Dirkson was a giant among orators and lawmakers. I also wonder how Dirkson would view the current crop of piss-ant GOP congressional leaders from the South: Armey, Delay, Lott, Gingrich, Livingston. He must be turning over in his grave at that sorry bunch.
