Cisco, Nadar is a huge problem for Gore in Washington and Oregon. If Nadar were not on the ballot, Gore would win both states with ease. As it is, Gore may squeek out a win in either state or may lose because of Nadar.

" Didn't I read somewhere
there are some environmental issue in Washington that also might helped Bush pull up to a tie? "

You did read something. It was Gore abstained from forming a n opinion and stayed on the fence about a dam in Washington State.. Clinton extended the dam for another 10 years. Environmental folks are pissed at Gore for not taking a stand. It was discussed on pbs this evening Leyrer report. I believe. All of above my not be exact as writing from memory. Analysts all said Nador vote will not change over to Gore these folks will not vote for Gore. Gore is out there to get back Nador vote. see ya John
