Your silly, no good reason for funds to sell, they won't get a tax write off and just have to pay cap gains, this was speculators, pure and simple. The same ones who got in a crack when they got caught short HON , then shorted UTX, are now short GE.. Most perma shorts don't have any brains..& that's a fact. They make a dab once in a while and then lose it all back plus some. Market/makers and Broker/Dealers are the pros at it, & have the inside and up to date data as to where the retail shorts are at, trying to beat them over time is stupid. Jim
