Thank you for sharing that, Freddie. We must never forget how hard the work is, and how important to our safety and our freedom. I recently was given a treasure trove of letters from my great-uncle who served in the Merchant Marine in World War II. He had a couple of vessels shot out from under him, once was taken aboard another vessel, once was adrift for days in a life boat before he was found. It was a real eye-opener. We take our freedom for granted, and imagine that because it seems easy now that it always was easy and always will be easy. But the world is full of people who don't want anyone else to live in peace, unfortunately, that's what always was, always will be.

When Clinton retaliates shortly before the election, we should remember the Maine, the Lusitania, and the Gulf of Tonkin. I do not mean to diminish the meaning of the lives that were lost on the Cole.
