As for the post you are mentioning, I have the answer. Yes, I have the right in US (not to mention in other more liberal countries) to say what I was suggesting in the quoted message, as long as I what I say is not a lie and based on statistical evidence. There is strong statistical evidence behind my strategies. Additionnally, as long as I am not selling my services (and so far I have not sold a single key), I have considerably more freedom. As I am moving toward a business model where all my strategies are free, I am respecting the law (and try to buy something on my site, you'll see your business card will not be charged).
