SJS: I just heard Jerry Labowitz, the ML analyst report. He said that KEM had improved margins going to 41.9% from 38.4%.

He said that KEM has "pass through" clauses in all contracts to pass through costs of the the increase in tantalum powder (up 60%). He is increasing eps for 2001 to $4.20 and $4.75 for 2002.
Joe emphasized that the company has $245 million in cash reserves.

Bottom line: He believes the shorts are going to get their "heads handed to them".

So do I.
