Terrence- LOL- You present what you allege to be "facts"- I gather they are facts in your mind because you pronounce them. I suppose among the "facts" you think you have presented is that BB is an idiot. Not that you could at all convincingly describe why she is an idiot (well maybe you convinced some mean-spirited jackass like Tomasso, but he hardly counts!). Your facts, sir, are largely in your own mind, I'm afraid. But if BB said she was "brainwashed" (can you cite this interview- just curious) it does not alter my position at all. I never denied she said she was (or actually was) "brainwashed". Nor do I claim vast erudition in the Objectivist wars. In fact, I never even claimed to be "well read" on the subject. So my ignorance of her interview is utterly devoid of significance in terms of our dispute: your claim that I am "not as well-read as [I] think" is simply a baseless conjecture on your part divined from your surmise about what I think of myself (gee, is that another of your "solid facts"?). That BB was "brainwashed" at some point in her life is not a issue I would care to argue. But for some reason you are critical of her for accepting the nonsense that those she respected foisted upon her- yet you fail to hold those perpetrating the nonsense in any way culpable. Go figure. Terrence, you've established that you can do a credible job of disparaging someone's name. You're just a little weak when it comes to substantiating your claims. You also cannot be bothered dealing with questions that are posed to you (eg. why is Barbara an idiot for accepting certain nonsense but NB and AY are not held to account). Which makes discourse with you rather a waste. Larry
