Nader is lying to everyone if he pretends to hate Gore. Gore may have pissed him off but Nader is very close to Gore on some of the more important issues, especially the environment. Nader is getting big-time pressure now from colleagues to drop out. He just has to think of a way to do it that doesn't cost him his base. Or frankly, he needs to get paid off. Of even theatened. Why do you think perot bowed out with 35%? Because he was blackmailed by the GOp over his lesbian daughter right before her wedding day. This stuff happens. Politics can be a dirty game.
