Well Carl,

I am quite sure,... I just don't know what to say. First my fellow Mom & Pops come flocking in on a wing and a INTC declared "Industry Standard". Certain in the knowledge that "If INTC be for us WHO can stand against us?!"

Then you guys from the Imperial EE Court spend what, the last year and a half, two years? Educating us all to the nature of this so called "High Bandwidth" memory design called DRDRAM. The high costs, low yields, the not so low latency, the worse than SDRAM performance, the famous "100 Systems", the disappearance of Gelsinger and Doctor Yu, the birds & bees of DRAM manufacturing, the inevitability of an IP fight with the BIG MMs, etc, etc,... yea, even unto the ends of the Dual Channels!

And after all this time, effort and sterling information, EVEN after Big Daddy Intel gets tired of stuffing the erstwhile "Industry Standard" down our throats and decides to eat crow, albeit because they may have gotten too much RMBS royalty demands caught in their own windpipe; ...I'll be darned but old Mom & Pop not only continue to deny and ridicule YOUR views - but they actually refuse to believe Big Daddy as well!!

Carl,... I don't know how to break this news to you old friend, but you and your fellow independent thinkers on this and virtually every other investment BB on the Net have quite possibly provided Mr. Tate and his "revolutionaries" with the very best defense they are going to ever have against those shareholder suits you are expecting.<vbg>

We usually call it the: "You mean you didn't read the Risk disclosures in the prospectus Defense." But I prefer to think of it as the "P.T. Barnum was right Defense." :8)
