Perhaps so, but that does not change his stated view on Gore. I had not been following the Nader campaign and was astonished by by Nader's disdain for Gore. Just the opposite of what I expected. Nader voters may very well not be Gore's Ace in the Hole. Were I a Naderite, I certainly would not vote for Gore after listening Nader's speech.
