Who supplies them flash?

TI just announced an agreement with AMD to create solutions using AMD flash in wireless products.
amd.com

Not sure about the other two but I wouldn't be surprised if AMD does supply flash to at least one of them given AMD's reputation in the industry ("AMD's flash memory division has won Supplier of the Year Awards from Nortel Networks and Cisco Systems and the Leading Edge Supplier Award from Volkswagen.") and the large quantity of high bit flash AMD supplies. AMD along with Fujitsu have a joint venture producing flash (FASL). FASL is considered by many to be the largest supplier of flash.

Hope this helps,

Chris
